Ylang-ylang essential oil can be used:

• in bath water (add up to 8 drops of essential oil) for rheumatic and muscular pain, fever reduction and general relaxation

• in massage oil for colds and in anti-cellulite massage

• by inhalation with 5 drops per 100ml of hot water

• in aromatherapy it combats stress, fatigue, migraines and insomnia
