The PNI PTY800 is a smart device designed to provide secure access to homes, offices or other private spaces. The main goal is to provide an access control solution that combines security with digital technology, turning a simple room into a device connected to your smart home.

Multiple access methods

The Yala PNI PTY800 allows access in several ways, eliminating the dependency on the physical key:

• Numeric code entered on the keypad for quick keyless entry.

• Fingerprint reading, providing secure biometric authentication.

• By reading the tag, users can open the door by simply bringing the tag close to the yala reader.

• Control via the Tuya Smart mobile app.

In addition to electronic methods, yala also includes access with a mechanical key, useful in situations where the battery is low or when smart methods cannot be used.

Smart home integration and control via the Tuya Smart app

The device can be integrated into smart home systems, allowing remote management of the Tuya Smart app. Through the app you can:

• Add or remove users and access rights;

• Check your access history;

• Allow temporary access for visitors or staff (e.g. couriers or housekeepers).

• Remotely lock or unlock yala.

Security and advanced features

The PNI PTY800 comes with security mechanisms to protect the space: locking the door after periods of inactivity, detecting repeated attempts at unauthorized access, and the ability to set individual codes or fingerprints for different users. These features make the product suitable for homes, apartments, or small commercial spaces, providing a balance between easy access and solid protection.

Operating mode

The installation of the unit is similar to a traditional yale, but with the addition of the necessary electronic components for authentication and communication. After installation, the system is configured via the mobile application, where the users and the preferred access method are defined. The power supply is provided by 4 AAA batteries, and the app can warn you when they are running out. Daily operation is intuitive: enter the code, use your fingerprint or command the opening from your phone — no physical keys to be lost or copied.
