| Additional outdoor sensorThis outdoor sensor can be used both independently and together with the PNI MS500 weather station . The additional sensor transmits the outdoor temperature in degrees Celsius (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F) and humidity information to the weather station. The outdoor sensor screen displays temperature, humidity, communication channel with the weather station, radio communication icon and low battery icon. |
Pairing with the weather stationThere are 3 radio communication channels available between the outdoor sensor and the weather station. The sensor included in the PNI MS500 weather station package is paired with the station from the factory. To add an additional sensor, perform the pairing procedure described in the manual. On the weather station screen, you can choose to display a specific channel (sensor) or to display all 3 channels cyclically, every 10 seconds. |
