The new CB TTi TCB-550 EVO radio station brings some new functions and features compared to the previous model, including VOX that allows talking into the microphone without pressing the PTT key, NB filter for clearer and distortion-free reception, multicolor screen and the possibility of 12V or 24V power supply.

Automatic adjustment with automatic DSS squelch

The CB TTi TCB-550 EVO radio station complies with the European standards in force and allows communication on the 40 channels of the 27 MHz band used for infotraffic.

The station allows you to communicate in both types of bands: AM and FM. It is also equipped with a quick selector of international emergency and infotraffic channels, namely 9-19.

Ergonomic 4-pin microphone

Radio communication is done in a simplex system with the help of the microphone and the speaker:

- One speaks, and the others listen.

By activating the VOX function you can communicate without pressing the PTT key.

The microphone is full-sized, easy to handle, and is an electret type with a 4-pin jack.

Ready to go

You can use the product in any car, as it is one of the smallest CB stations on the market.

Robust and with a pleasant design, it can be placed in any location: armrest, dashboard, between seats, without inconveniencing or disturbing.

Performance of the PNI ML100 CB antenna

The performance of the product is closely related to the technical characteristics that the antenna has in ideal conditions of assembly and use: SWR <= 1.1, maximum applied power 250 W continuously, impedance 50 Ohms, stainless steel, etc.

Communication distance

The communication distance is another decisive factor in the acquisition and use of a CB antenna. Thus, the communication distance of maximum 12 km is achieved in ideal working conditions: calibrated antenna, open field without obstacles, the station with a maximum legally allowed power of 4W and with a standard reception. Any obstacle such as: hills, mountains, buildings, walls can lead to a decrease in this distance.

Antenna length

The length of the antenna is a very important factor that can influence the communication distance. Thus, the longer the antenna, the greater the range. The PNI ML100 antenna has a length of 110 cm (magnetic base included).

Magnetic base

The 120/PL magnetic base in the package is provided with a 4 m cable, enough to place the antenna on the dome, has a diameter of 125 mm and a strong magnet that gives the antenna stability even at high speeds.

Complete package

This kit is ready for assembly having: antenna, magnetic base with cable and PL259 plug, imbus for calibration. All you have to do is mount the antenna on a magnetic base, connect it to a CB radio station and calibrate it to use it at maximum performance.
